We are convinced that vacuum handling offers many advantages compared to other lifting methods. However, not all products are suitable for this process. That\u2019s why, for these situations, we design mechanical lifting solutions that offer similar benefits.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The requests we receive are very diverse: handling concrete elements, wind turbine blades, metal plates, pipes, paper rolls, glass, and more. Over the years, we have developed handling solutions for many industries. Whatever the product and whatever its use, to design a perfectly adapted solution, we need information on:  <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\">\u2026the product that needs to be handled<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>What type of material<span dir=\"auto\"> would you like to handle? If possible, we design a  <\/span><span dir=\"auto\">Vacuum lifting solutions<\/span><span dir=\"auto\"> , as long as the product has a perfectly airtight surface. This is the only requirement for a secure connection between the product and the suction cup(s). All suction cups are custom-made to perfectly match the shape of the product. If necessary, our engineering team can take cutouts into account, even if their position varies from one product to another. You simply need to provide us with the specifications of each product you want to handle, and Aerolift will take care of everything. To design a custom solution, we take into account both the product to be handled and the equipment used with the vacuum technology. This allows us to provide the best recommendations on the machine best suited to your needs and preferences.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\">\u2026the situation in which you will be operating<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To ensure optimal operation, we need to know the conditions in which the vacuum lifting system will be used. Is it intended for indoor or outdoor use? The   <\/span><span dir=\"auto\">lifting systems<\/span><span dir=\"auto\"> Aerolift vacuum lifting systems are not very sensitive to temperature variations, but we can incorporate heating elements into key components if necessary. We have also designed devices capable of operating at extremely high temperatures. For example, we use a type of rubber that maintains its properties up to 220 \u00b0C.
