Objective
This policy applies to all personal data processing carried out by Ingénifab and aims to inform the user about how Ingénifab processes personal data (including details on the type of personal data collected and the purpose of processing) and the user’s rights regarding their personal data.

Identification of processing – How do we collect personal data?
In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, particularly the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Act 25),
Ingénifab collects personal data in its possession when the user:
- Fills out forms on the website;
- Subscribes to the newsletter;
- Responds to a survey;
- Fills out a printed form;
- Sends an email or communicates by phone.
Personal data collected – What personal data do we collect?
Ingénifab collects information when users visit their webpage, mainly through the completion of online forms.
The following data is collected:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address
Generally, when personal data is required to use a service or access certain content, providing it will not be mandatory unless it is specifically indicated as required for the provision of the service. In this case, the user can freely choose not to register and/or not to contract the services.
The user declares and guarantees that all the data they provide is truthful and accurate and commits to updating it. Changes can be communicated to the Data Protection Officer or at the address mentioned in the Contact section above.
Similarly, the user acknowledges that the data required by Ingénifab is necessary, adequate, and not excessive for achieving the stated purposes, which would be impossible to fulfill if the data is not provided.
Any false or inaccurate statements resulting from the information and data provided, as well as any damages that such information may cause, will be the responsibility of the user.
Purpose – What is the purpose of the personal data we collect?
The personal data requested from the user will be used for the following purposes:
- In the case of a service contract offered on the website, to create and maintain the business relationship and to carry out the activities and provide the services of Ingénifab (including, without limitation, the management, administration, provision, and improvement of services).
- To send newsletters, as well as commercial communications, promotions, and/or advertisements from Ingénifab, either occasionally or periodically. As a result, the email address the user provides when filling out the form on the website may be used to send information and updates on service requests, as well as news about Ingénifab (either occasionally or periodically), updates, information on related products or services, among others. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in promoting our products and services.
- To conduct a survey or organize a contest.
- To personalize the user experience, enhancing our ability to meet their needs.
- To improve Ingénifab’s website and service offerings, based on Ingénifab’s legitimate interest in continuously improving its products and services.
- To process transactions and comply with legal obligations to which Ingénifab is subject, such as tax obligations.
The data submitted for processing will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above and which motivated their collection. However, it is specified that the recorded data may also be used, in addition to the purposes for which they were expressly collected, for statistical purposes, incident management, or market research.
In the event of processing personal data for purposes other than those initially specified at the time of collection, Ingénifab will conduct a compatibility analysis in accordance with applicable regulations. Processing will only be authorized if the initial purpose is compatible with the new purpose or authorized under an independent legal basis. In such cases, the user will be informed of the changes in purpose or the legal justification for the processing of their data.
We remind the user that they can object to receiving commercial communications (unsubscribe) and no longer receive emails from Ingénifab by reliably informing Ingénifab, who will promptly stop sending such communications after receiving such notification. To do this, the user may send an email to the address provided in the Contact section above, a postal letter to the address indicated in the Contact section, or directly follow the unsubscribe instructions detailed at the end of each email from Ingénifab.
How do we use your information?
We will use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
- User account creation
- Collecting customer feedback
- Managing customer orders
- Support
- Administrative information
- User account management
- Payment processing: Stripe
If we wish to use your information for other purposes, we will ask for your consent and use your information only when you have given your consent and solely for the purpose(s) for which you have provided your consent, unless otherwise required by law.
We will retain your personal information with us for an indefinite period after user accounts are no longer active or for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, as outlined in this privacy policy.
Consent
By providing personal data to Ingénifab, the user declares their full and unconditional acceptance of its processing by Ingénifab. The user hereby grants their free, explicit, and informed consent to Ingénifab to use the data collected for the purposes indicated in the Purpose section above, as well as their inclusion in a database/third-party applications used by Ingénifab.
Ingénifab processes user data based on:
(i) The conclusion of a service contract with Ingénifab by the user, according to the terms and conditions provided to the user upon completing the service request form (prior to potential hiring), which the user, after reviewing, may accept by checking the designated box for this purpose; and
(ii) The free, informed, and unequivocal consent of the user, given after reviewing this privacy policy where Ingénifab details the data processing activities it will undertake, and, if agreed upon, by checking the designated box in the service request form.
Processing data not covered by one of the legal bases mentioned above will only be carried out if Ingénifab deems it necessary to protect a legitimate interest and only if it does not infringe on the user’s fundamental rights and freedoms.
Retention – How long do we keep your data?
The data will be destroyed or archived when they are no longer strictly necessary or relevant to the purposes detailed in the Purpose section above. Specifically, personal data will be retained as long as the business relationship is active (and provided the user has not previously requested its deletion) and for the period during which obligations, indemnities, and/or liabilities may arise in the context of the business relationship or services provided.
Ingénifab informs that it will retain essential information to identify the origin of stored data for the duration of the client relationship with Ingénifab and/or until the user’s consent is revoked as outlined in the Consent section of this privacy policy and/or for the duration required by applicable law.
Confidentiality / Transfer / International Transfer – Do we disclose data to third parties?
Ingénifab will keep the personal data collected private and confidential and will not use it for any purpose other than those established in the “Purpose” section above. Ingénifab requires its employees and third-party service providers who access the content of its databases to sign confidentiality and personal data processing agreements (or include such obligations in the service agreements it signs with such providers, as mentioned in the next paragraph).
The personal data collected by Ingénifab from the user will not be transferred, sold, exchanged, communicated, or disclosed to third parties outside of Ingénifab without the user’s consent, except when required by law and/or for the purpose of providing services to the user. This does not include certain employees and service providers who enable Ingénifab to maintain the site, comply with the purposes set out in the “Purpose” section above, and/or provide services to the user, who have assumed the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the provided data and have committed to complying with applicable personal data protection regulations at the time of hiring. Contracts with service providers specify the objective, scope, content, duration, nature, and purpose of data processing, the type of personal data, categories of data subjects, and the obligations and responsibilities of Ingénifab and its third-party contractors.
In particular: Ingénifab may share the personal information provided with parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, and/or intermediaries related to Ingénifab.
Ingénifab may share certain personal information provided by the user internally within Ingénifab with departments such as administration, marketing, or IT.
In some cases, Ingénifab transfers personal data based on legitimate interests and the associated economic and technical benefits of using specialized providers.
Finally, the user should be aware that Ingénifab may (and reserves the right to) disclose their information in the following cases: (i) if required by a judicial or administrative authority; (ii) if necessary to exercise your rights under Ingénifab’s terms and conditions and this privacy policy; (iii) if necessary to comply with the law; (iv) if the data could be useful for the protection of third-party rights; (v) when they are useful for the protection of Ingénifab’s rights, property, or security, its controllers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, users, or the general public; and (vi) when there are justified reasons related to public safety, national defense, or public health.
Security – How do we ensure data security?
Ingénifab declares its intention to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of the Law modernizing legislative provisions regarding personal data protection (Law 25), to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized access, or processing.
Ingénifab does not guarantee absolute privacy in the use of the site, as it cannot exclude the possibility that unauthorized third parties may access the data. The user acknowledges that existing technical security means are not impenetrable, and even by adopting all reasonable security precautions, manipulation, destruction, and/or loss of information may occur. In the event of a security incident involving a significant risk to the data subject, this event will be promptly communicated to the competent supervisory authority, along with the corrective and remedial measures implemented and/or to be implemented.
Ingénifab is not responsible for the loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, Ingénifab accepts no responsibility for any damages caused by computer viruses.
Finally, the user should also take measures to protect their information. Ingénifab insists that you take all precautions to protect your personal information when you are online. At a minimum, it is advised to change your password periodically, using a combination of letters and numbers, and to ensure that you are using a secure browser.
Rights of the Data Subject and Procedures to Exercise Them – What rights do I have as a data subject?
The data subject (user) may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, restriction of processing, portability, confidentiality, and deletion regarding their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Law modernizing legislative provisions regarding personal data protection (Law 25). The exercise of these rights can be performed by the user via email at info@ingenifab.com, or by written communication addressed to the Data Protection Officer at the following address: info@ingenifab.com, or through other means provided by the applicable regulations mentioned above. Ingénifab may request the necessary data to validate the identification of the data subject.
The deletion of certain data will not be carried out when it could cause damage to the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, or when there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
Training – Do we provide training?
The staff at Ingénifab whose duties are related to the processing of personal data are trained to ensure better protection of personal data and the rights of their owners.
Links to Third Parties – Does our site contain links to other sites?
The site may contain links to third-party websites, with or without advertising content, whose privacy policies are unrelated to Ingénifab. The linked sites are not associated with Ingénifab, and their existence does not imply any suggestion, invitation, or recommendation to visit the destination sites or any connection or association between Ingénifab and these sites. Ingénifab is not responsible or liable for the content, use, or activities of these linked sites, nor for any current or potential damages, whether material or moral, direct or indirect, suffered by users and arising from the information contained on these sites or the relationship users may establish with third parties whose services have been published on the site. Nevertheless, any comments regarding these linked sites will be helpful to Ingénifab to improve its services and/or ensure the integrity of the site. Ingénifab is committed to doing everything possible to prevent the existence of links to sites with illegal content on its site.
Cookies – Do we use cookies?
When the user accesses the site, Ingénifab may store information on their computer in the form of a “cookie” or a similar file. The site uses cookies to (i) track advertisements, (ii) collect data about site traffic, and (iii) enhance the user experience when using the site.
The user should know that to browse the site, it is not necessary for the user to allow the installation of cookies sent by the site. This may only be required for certain services. The user can delete cookies from their hard drive, prevent access to their computer through their browser, or choose the corresponding option when asked whether they want to use cookies for these purposes, in accordance with Ingénifab’s cookie policy.
Cookies are information files that the site or the provider of certain site services transfers to the user’s computer’s hard drive via the browser program. Ingénifab reserves the right to contract third-party services to analyze and understand the site’s users, who cannot use the information collected for any purposes other than to improve Ingénifab’s services.

The user’s use of the site implies full knowledge and acceptance of Ingénifab’s privacy policy and terms and conditions, where applicable. Likewise, the user accepts Ingénifab’s privacy policy and terms and conditions by completing the service request.

This is the current version of Ingénifab’s privacy policy, updated on October 15, 2024.
Ingénifab may modify this privacy policy at any time without notice. These modifications will be effective upon publication on the site or when communicated to users by any means, whichever comes first. The user must stay informed of the terms included here by periodically visiting this page.
