Description
Aerolift T-Series: Standard Vacuum Tilting Lifters for Concrete Products from 1 to 30 Tons
Vacuum tilting lifters are advanced lifting devices equipped with a tilting function. They combine demolding, transport, and tilting at 90 or 180 degrees into one smooth, efficient movement.
Within our standard range of T-Series vacuum tilting lifters, we offer configurable modules. This allows us to deliver high-quality solutions with shorter lead times.
Aerolift vacuum tilting lifters provide safe and efficient handling of precast concrete elements and tunnel segments, making them an ideal choice for manufacturers, construction companies, and contractors.
They ensure an excellent return on investment thanks to increased productivity and reduced operating costs. For example, by enabling vertical storage of tunnel segments, our tilters can save you up to 65% in storage space, resulting in significant cost and space savings for tunneling projects.
What types of products can be handled?
Vacuum technology is effective for products with an air-tight top surface, including broom-finished concrete. Our vacuum tilting lifters are used daily for handling a wide variety of concrete products, including:
- Stairs and landings
- Balcony slabs
- Wall panels
- Tunnel segments
- Precast arches

Why choose our vacuum tilting lifters?
Vacuum tilting lifters allow you to lift and tilt heavy loads safely and efficiently with a single machine, in one smooth motion. Here are the main advantages that set our vacuum tilters apart:
Safety: Work safely from a distance thanks to visual and audible alarms, a backup battery, and a secure release system that prevents accidental load release.
Efficiency: Save time and reduce costs with single-operator handling, quick suction and release in seconds, no need for additional lifting equipment or anchors, and earlier demolding thanks to the evenly distributed pressure of the suction cups.
Versatility: Multiple suction cups equipped with a quick-change system enable efficient and fast handling of products of various sizes and shapes, thereby reducing setup time between precast elements.
Reliability: Designed with high-quality, in-house developed components—such as rubber seals, hoses, pressure gauges, and valves—our tilters deliver optimal performance, maximum safety, and high durability in demanding industrial environments.
Ergonomic handling: No manual attachment required, intuitive controls for easy operation, and a quick-change coupler for simple, effortless suction cup replacement.
Global support and service: Designed for easy access to essential components, with clear maintenance documentation, quick daily visual checks, parts available worldwide, and responsive international service through multiple communication channels.
