Description

Aerolift EU-Series

Aerolift offers the EU Series: an affordable lifting solution for relatively simple lifting applications. Attachment and release in just two seconds. No damage to your product thanks to the even pressure distribution on the suction cups and Aerolift’s soft rubber. Additionally, a single operator can complete the entire operation.

EU Series Applications

The EU Series is designed for small products up to six tons. It can be used with an overhead crane or any other equipment with a power supply. It is primarily used for lifting precast concrete elements and metal parts.

Precast concrete

Vacuum lifting requires no anchoring devices. No expense for inserts, and the product surface remains intact and smooth. Additionally, demolding is possible after 8 to 10 hours thanks to the even pressure distribution from the suction cups. The product remains undamaged, and the risk of cracking is reduced.

Metal sheets and pipes

Lift both magnetic and non-magnetic metals with complete control. Aerolift’s soft rubber prevents any scratches on the surface. Additionally, parts can be stored without spacers, as the suction cups position directly above the product. No straps are needed, meaning no one is near the product during the lifting process. In addition to sheets, this versatile device can also lift pipes.

Robert Lemm, CEO of Aerolift:

“The EU Series was designed to offer a wide range of solutions from a standard configuration. This allows Aerolift to deliver superior quality with shorter lead times and at a more competitive price.”
