Description

Aerolift ES Series: Standard Vacuum Spreaders for Loads from 1 to 30 Tons

The standard ES Series vacuum spreaders enable safe and efficient material handling for manufacturing and construction companies, merchants, general contractors, and logistics companies. Designed for the most common applications, these machines offer a cost-effective solution compared to fully customized lifting systems.

Although customization is limited in the ES standard series, their modular design allows the machine to be adapted to the specific type and size of the product, making it a flexible solution for various applications.

ES Series vacuum spreaders are commonly used for handling materials such as precast concrete, metal sheets, and pipes. They are designed to lift, move, and position loads weighing between 1 and 30 tons.

Compared to traditional lifting methods, ES Series vacuum spreaders stand out for their ability to prevent product damage, streamline operations, and maximize return on investment.

Safety First

Another major advantage of vacuum technology is enhanced safety. This is primarily achieved because the vacuum spreader can be operated remotely, preventing anyone from having to approach the load to attach or remove the lifting device. A single operator is sufficient for the operation, and in certain specific cases, the process can be fully automated.

Standard vacuum spreaders are equipped with a pressure gauge and safety indicators, ensuring that the operator can lift the load safely. Other features, such as the valve that stays in position during a power outage, ensure that the load remains suspended in the event of a power failure.

Additionally, several options can be added to enhance safety, such as a battery-powered auxiliary vacuum pump, extending the load hold time by several hours.

Technical Features

ES Series vacuum spreaders are designed to be used with any type of crane and operate using its electrical system. Optionally, the vacuum unit can be powered by a battery.

The power range (400 V AC 50 Hz) is between 1.5 and 4.5 kW.

Maintenance and Service

Maintenance of our vacuum spreaders requires minimal effort and resources. To ensure efficient and safe operation, however, regular checks are required on several components, including:

  • the indicator lights and audible safety signal;
  • the rubber components and hoses;
  • the vacuum pump and vacuum system;
  • the mechanical parts subject to wear.

All replacement and wear parts can be ordered directly from our office in the Netherlands or through our agents.

Maintenance training can be provided upon request. Additionally, we offer a maintenance plan that includes one or two annual visits by our technicians.

For any questions regarding the service and maintenance of our lifting devices, you can contact our service coordinator.
